The Social Security informs you that access to and use of the website www.seg-social.es and all the subdomains and directories included therein (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Portal), as well as the services or content that may be obtained through it, are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, without prejudice to the fact that access to any of said services or content may require the acceptance of additional General Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Both the Portal design and its source codes, as well as the logos, trademarks, and other distinctive signs that appear on it, belong to the Social Security or collaborating entities and are protected by the corresponding intellectual property rights. Accordingly the images, |etc. contained on the Social Security server are protected by intellectual property rights.

Information provided on the web site, except when expressly indicated otherwise, may be reused, and their total or partial reproduction, modification, distribution and communication for commercial and non-commercial uses is authorised, subject to the following conditions:

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GSS), the Social Security is committed to comply with its obligation to process data in accordance with the aforementioned regulations in force. To this end, it shall take the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the data.

The Social Security reserves the power to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to new developments in legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. 6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any question related to the services of this Portal, shall be Spanish Law.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from visiting the Portal or from the use of the services offered therein, the Social Security and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile, provided that this is located in Spanish territory.

 

7. DIGITAL CERTIFICATE POLICY. REQUIREMENTS

In order to access the Social Security services and processes using a digital certificate you must prove your identity and, in cases where necessary, digitally sign the submitted documents. For these purposes, the digital certificates accepted by the Social Security shall be valid.
